How many years did I have to keep this computer work and why?
Without Zubin Mehta, who was the main factor of dying music society, especially during the 80s/90s, and supported Kremer’s sh*t even after the day…
Without Zubin Mehta, who was the most diligent one to check my open analysis and enjoyed his brilliant professional career after handing all those ‘Garbage & Sh*ts’ over Barenboim, things would have been completely different.

MUNCHNER PHILHARMONIKER: Conductor Laureate Zubin Mehta
(…) From September of 1998 until 2006, Zubin Mehta was Bavarian General Music Director and thus Music Director of the Bavarian State Opera and the Bavarian State Orchestra. In January of 2004, the Munich Philharmonic made him the first Conductor Laureate in the history of the orchestra.

After all those years of my hard working for those JEWISH PIGS, I expect NOTHING from Mehta’s Jewish Sponsors. However, in case of Munich musicians, politicians, and supporters, I have quite things to report.

Munich Philharmonic is not Vienna Philharmonic, which main concern is to survive in the commercial market. It is still funded by the German (State) Government. For this reason, maintaining quality of music is more important than following commercial fame, and there is no reason for them to elect this musician as Conductor-Laureate. I’ve never heard this ensemble have sold more tickets after using Mehta’s Vienna or Jewish fame.

If I were you, I would recollect all my memories about Mehta’s public behaviors during the past decade and figure out all his reasons. I would investigate all the pictures behind his relationship with YOUR orchestra members. I would ask every each member to write down how this maestro behaved in an attempt to curry favor with the Munich musicians, pretending to be very gentle, very generous, very passionate about music. I promise. For Zubin Mehta, this Munich fame and Jewish connection have been his primary concern. Due to this Munich fame, none of American followers ever questioned his ability as a first-rate musician. What do you think about this?

YOUTUBE: Sorry, but you can watch NOTHING.

If I don’t trust my report, why don’t you call Maestro Zubin Mehta and directly ask him to post ALL his performances with your precious Munich Philharmonic? I will change my opinion… in this open place.

There is another characteristic to define Celibidache. What is it? Let’s name it X. Then, which characteristic does the present Munich Philharmonic need first? Celibidache-phrasing or Celibidache-X? And why?

By the way, how come it is impossible to find the recent performances of Munich Philharmonic? I think 2004 performance is the last one, and it is before Mehta’s involvement. Does it mean that everything-Celibidache is already gone… years ago? In Vienna, something is ‘still’ constantly happening whenever Mehta returns to them.

Waltraud Meier Altistin, Wagner-Interpretin im Gespräch mit Dr… Jun 19, 2000 / By Bayerischen Rundfunks Online

I just found out. I wanted to know which Wagnerforum was that Wagnerforum, in which Barenboim joyfully posted his BRATWURST-comment, which was followed by numbers of comments, ‘Meier-Is-Never-Wagnerian-Voice’, which were covered by comments of comments of ‘Meier-Is-Best-Isolde’. This is what I found instead. Jesus! Was is Meier’s Voice Teacher, who called this voice ‘EIN FAULER SOPRAN’?

May I write more? I sometimes believe that German doctors should investigate Meier’s DNA. Is this really pure German blood? It is only the Foreign Sh*ts, in which voice I can find Meier-like dirty oily timbre. Then the WEDO members, especially in Barenboim’s Staatskapelle, perfectly fit this characteristic.

Please look. NOT BERLIN BUT MUNICH is where this analysis was reported and debated. Is this why Meier herself and Zubin Mehta, who couldn’t live without his favorite Anything-Meier in Munich, had to work so hard like that in every Barenboim-Fan-Club and Mehta’s Meier had to literally live in Berlin sticking as a leech and boast that her Isolde was above Flagstad? Now, I get the clear picture everywhere.

Both Israeli Supreme Court and PEACENOW are considered to be a branch of the Meretz party. Both are dealing with Jewish ILLEGAL stuffs. When did I read the both group speaking in the same voice? For his part, Neeman gave up Elon for the “greater good” of finally appointing new justices. Joseph Elon, who also comes from an Orthodox background, was bitterly attacked by far-Right rabbis and pro-settlement activists who claimed that despite his family, which includes his brother, former Moledet Party and National Union chairman Benny Elon, the judge was a Leftist and an Enemy of the Settlement Movement. Neeman was far more interested in finding a compromise than in promoting Elon. Indeed, Elon had originally been the choice of Neeman’s predecessor, Daniel Friedmann.

I find that Justice Edmond Levy played the role in this story again. (Please check Barak, Beinisch, Friedmann & Citizenship Law (From Jul 31. 2003 to Present)) I am NOT here to make any judgment on who is more qualified or not. I just want to point out disgusting behaviors of Beinisch’s LEFT-wing politicians, starting from Labor’s Barak, who literally zipped their big-mouth this time. Judge Joseph Elon, who was legendary(?) right wing Benny Elon’s LEFT-wing brother and therefore an Enemy of the Settlement Movement, was originally Prof. Friedmann’s choice. (…) Finally, the Knesset recently broke a 27-year-old tradition (…) There was nothing wrong with this move, said Hebrew University law professor Shimon Shetreet. (…) On the contrary, if anyone was playing fast and loose with the law, it was the Supreme Court justices, who insisted that only district court judges who had served as acting justices for a nine-month period were eligible for consideration as permanent appointees to the Supreme Court. In insisting on this, the justices were trying to outflank the Judicial Selection Committee, which does not have a say in choosing acting justices but only permanent ones. “I say that this is ILLEGAL and if it is legal, it is improper and undermines the basis upon which the system of appointing justices operates,” said Shetreet.

“After Sunday evening, all district court judges know that in order to advance to the Supreme Court they do not need the support of the Supreme Court president or the justice minister (…) This is a change in the way of thinking,” said one committee member. During the tenure of previous justice minister Daniel Friedmann, Beinisch refused to compromise regarding temporary appointments, along with her two other judicial colleagues on the committee. Beinisch/Friedmann said bla-bla-bla (…) One of the supporters of the current change is former judge Dan Arbel, the former chief administrator of the courts. The appointment of three new Supreme Court justices yesterday will determine the identity of the High Court in the years to come. The appointments bring hope and disappointment: Hope, because two new faces have joined the court, and disappointment, because the “FRIEND BRINGS A FRIEND” practice has continued. At this time, it is appropriate to think about what kind of character the High Court should have. (…) This selective commitment to human rights has no place in the Supreme Court.

Tomer Zarchin: Supreme Court picks mark turning point for legal system Aug 25, 2009 / By Haaretz
(…) The committee also appointed Judge Nili Arad, who is close to Beinisch, as the deputy president of the National Labor Court. It did not choose Judge Yigal Plitman, who has more seniority than Arad. This appointment may have significance regarding the appointment of BEINISCH’S SUCCESSOR AS PRESIDENT, a job that has traditionally gone to the most senior sitting Supreme Court justice upon the president’s retirement. Indirectly, it may also mark the start of the campaign to appoint Beinisch’s successor.

What I feel funny is that my original support rather sides with Beinisch’s public defender, former high court justice Eliyahu Matza, who still believes that temporary appointments have advantages. And as always, it was Cancer-Dorit-Beinisch, who abused this system and lost public faith from all sides.

And I am following the real issue, as usual. THE TRUE COLOR of DORIT BEINISCH and her Supreme Court. I’m now suspecting PM Bibi’s Likud MKs’ real intention, which came out of nowhere in order to support Dorit Beinisch. Did they believe that the Israeli Supreme Court had to be under Dorit Beinisch because it is the easiest way for them to handle? Where is Beinisch’s real puppy, Gideon Sa’ar, who is Likud No.2? This guy even failed to join Beinisch or Bibi’s Knesset’s Secret Sextet. Or this Beinisch’s Likud MK is now working to support Ya’alon calls Peace Now ‘a virus’… all behind the scene… as usual?

Peace Now against a De-Facto Settlement Freeze (Settlement construction down 15%) Aug 23, 2009 / By Jerusalem Post
Peace Now argued that settlers can still build based on old permits, some of which go back to the 1980s. It charged that according to a 2004 Defense Ministry report done by Baruch Spiegel, some 40,000 apartment units in West Bank settlements could still be built from old permits. The Council of Jewish Communities dismissed this claim, saying that new Jewish construction has effectively been frozen in the West Bank. It added that Vice Premier Moshe Ya’alon was correct last week when he characterized Peace Now as a virus. The settlement of Yitzhar added in a statement that Peace Now was worse than a virus, because while a virus is indiscriminate, Peace Now attacks Israel and supports its enemies.

Moshe Arens: Much ado about nothing Aug 23, 2009 / By Haaretz
(…) Whereas many people may not have liked Ya’alon’s characterization of Peace Now, it should come as no surprise that this movement is opposed by Likud and its leadership, just as it itself opposes Likud. Moreover, its tactics of spying on the settlement movement and passing information it garners to friends and foes abroad are downright distasteful. The funding it obtains for the support of these activities from foreign groups verges on the illegitimate. So don’t be surprised if Likud members think Peace Now does not serve Israel’s best interests. Last, but not least, we should all remember that Moshe Ya’alon was the chief of staff who led the IDF to a brilliant victory over Palestinian terrorism that had been making life intolerable for all Israelis. It was a victory that many claimed was unachievable, and it’s now being studied by the armed forces of nations facing terrorist threats throughout the world. So a little respect, please! (…)

Please look. This is the exact relationship between the Likud’s Dorit Beinisch and the Meretz’ PEACENOW. Then what about this?

Akiva Eldar: Legal fencing over ’security’ Aug 25, 2009 / By Haaretz
(…) to protect (…) This is what the state said in its response to the High Court of Justice which was discussing the petitions (…) A bench headed by Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch therefore ordered the minister to present his position within 45 days. That was on August 7, 2007. Two years passed, governments changed, and the fence that was supposed to protect hundreds of thousands of residents of this country from terrorists remained breached.
Two weeks ago, something happened in the supreme court. The sides agreed to drop the petitions and with that, the Ma’aleh Adumim fence fell. This occurred after the Defense Ministry announced that “for the time being, because of budgetary restraints and because of the other needs facing the defense establishment, building the fence along the route that had been discussed is no longer a top priority with regard to the completion of building a security fence throughout Judea and Samaria.”
The court ruled that the state must pay the petitioners’ expenses of only NIS 10,000. This was seen as a fair fee for a case that had been under discussion since 2005. The breach in the section of the fence at Ma’aleh Adumim will join the route in the region of Gush Etzion that is still to be heard by the High Court of Justice, and the “fingers” around Ariel that are dependent on the Americans’ approval (which there is no chance of getting). (…)

Very funny is that whenever I resume my computer work on Cancer-Dorit-Beinisch, especially Friedmannism, Beinisch’s Supreme Court, who has announced and was supposed to take care of everything-Palestine but has been waiting for the Palestinian petitioners just to get old and die, suddenly becomes busy.

Akiva Eldar: Legal fencing over ’security’ Aug 25, 2009 / By Haaretz
(…) There were people who hoped that the security route would one day become a political border. They did not take into account the human rights organizations, the diligent Israeli attorneys, the retired army officers who care about public funding, and a few courageous high court justices who do not stand at attention when they hear the word “security.” Thus it is that half of the fence along the seam-line which Shaul Mofaz, who was then defense minister, had promised in 2002 to complete by 2005, has still not been completed in the second half of 2009.

Then, the Haaretz introduces Dorit Beinisch as a few courageous high court justices who do not stand at attention when they hear the word “security.” Wasn’t the reason simply lack of money?

(…) According to the judges, the factor that most influences our courts is the media (…) “The most powerful influence,” states one former district court judge, who, like most of the retired jurists interviewed here, asks to remain anonymous, “is exercised by players who are more powerful than the media, economically and socially.” He continues, “The strongest players are powerful lawyers and litigants, who operate a well-oiled public-relations machine, beginning in the television studio and then out in the street. They are backed by politicians – some of whom are unrestrained in their comments, and some who regard the ‘judicial elite’ as the people’s enemy. This atmosphere is exacerbated by bloggers (…) The impact of lobbies and politicians, who rely on media exposure, is a key issue in the vociferous debate raging now in the judicial system. For example, some judges say that women’s groups – with which Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch has had strong ties since the passage of the law against sexual harassment– have fomented a welcome process that has generated a change in thinking, which can be seen in many recent verdicts. According to these sources, this sort of fruitful dialogue benefits both the judiciary and society. (…)

How many FEMALE Israelis visited my Knesset-blog to check my report on Dorit Beinisch? Please look. This is NOT Beinisch’s first time and this is a typical Haaretz in honor of Beinisch. While this very female used or abused Women’s Groups to feed her professional career, it was usually Female Jurist who fell a victim to her scheme. What is interesting is that it was NOT male BUT female politician, Kadima’s Livni, who tried to support this Female Jurist, Prof Ruth Gavison, who certainly looks superior to her senior Beinisch. How was Dorit Beinisch able to succeed in her Gavison-project?

Legal Affairs: Raising the bar Aug 27, 2009 / By Jerusalem Post, Dan Izenberg
(…) According to former justice minister Daniel Friedmann, at some point through the years – he does not remember when it began – the president of the Supreme Court and the minister of justice began to abuse the law, which, he said, was meant to be used in emergency situations only. Unlike permanent appointments, temporary ones do not require the approval of the Judicial Selection Committee. (…) For years, the system was accepted. In fact, Friedmann was the first minister who refused to go along with it. (…) After Friedmann’s departure, Beinisch may have thought she could revive the long-standing practice. (…) The outcome means that the practice of appointing only district court judges with prior experience on the Supreme Court has come to an end. It is hard to believe that the public or the Knesset will agree to see it revived. (…)

(…) What sense is there today in spending a huge sum on roads bypassing the settlements, when as soon as they are completed, moving the settlements will be discussed? (…)

This article was from FIFTEEN years ago. Since I am a novice on this issue… is this the first happening?
The Palestinian State means THE BORDER.
What kind of border the Palestinian State 1994 was supposed to have? Is it smaller than 2009’s or larger than 2009’s?

While the Israeli Supreme Court President, Dorit Beinisch, is busy at her Settlement Plan, which is certainly different from Ahron Barak’s, PA chief Islamic judge, Sheikh Tayseer Rajab Tamimi is busy, too. But unlike PA chief Islamic judge, Sheikh Tayseer Rajab Tamimi, who has NO Jewish supporters, Dorit Beinisch’s Settlement Plan is supported or even encouraged by the Widow of Prof. Edward Said and her Palestinians, who don’t want to see the establishment of the Palestinian State… for fear of losing the International Fund.

Who will become the final winner?

(…) “I knew that this was happening, but I had never really looked at it like this,” Ben-David said. “For me it was a real surprise to see how fast these changes were happening, and when you combine them with the level of education these groups are receiving, you have to ask, what kind of country is Israel going to be in a generation?

🙂 JIWON: Dear Mr. Silvio No.1’s ALL friends and foes, (Music & Politics) (Dec 29, 2008 – Feb 24, 2009)
(Updated on February 21, 2009)
JIWON: Anyway, this is Zubin Mehta’s Haaretz (Israel) interview on Oct 21, 2008. As I wrote in In sum, I will travel ALL over the world and plead Palestinian Right to Targeted Killing of DORIT BEINISCH, it was Mehta’s secret message to Dorit Beinisch that Daniel Barenboim will anyway behave under his detailed instruction:
1. In Israel, 1/3 population can’t afford essential food items Mar 31, 2008
2. ‘In Israel, One in 5 needy considers suicide’ Dec 10, 2008
3. Zubin Mehta: In Israel, Money is endless. I have a list of people who can pay for ‘Renovation.’ Oct 21, 2008 / By Haaretz

Who are you? What is your exact identity?
Don’t you think there is something that you should decide now?

If you want to join Likud’s Dorit Beinisch, don’t you think you should pour more money into those poverty-stricken Israelis, most of whom still don’t mind sacrificing their daily life to Phoenix-Bibi’s patriotic concept of ‘Greater Israel’?

If you want to join Meretz’ PEACENOW, where do you think you should head for? Should I write more?

Whoever you are, I wish you GOOD LUCK. Sooner or later, Iran will finally acquire a nuclear bomb. Whether 2009 or 2010, whether 2013 or 2015… Then, Israel will prove more brilliant history of Phoenix-Bibi.
