I only wish all the Arab countries offer Webmail-site.
Kremlin: I am not sure if this site is working. It did work but was strange.
Arab League website: Too slow or doesn’t work.

Algeria: Embassy in Washington (President@el-mouradia.dz – President) + Bahrain Gateway (contactcenter@ega.gov.bh – Kingdom) + Comoros + Djibouti + Egypt: Cultural Minister (Contact.Us@mfa.gov.eg – FM; scc@idsc.net.eg – CM) + Iraq: F-Ministry (questions@iraqipresidency.net – President) + Jordan: HM Queen Rania Al Abdullah (info@culture.gov.jo – CM) + Kuwait (info@pm.gov.kw – PM; amirsoffice@da.gov.kw – Amir) + Lebanon: Governmental Portal (president_office@presidency.gov.lb – President; ministry@foreign.gov.lb – FM) + Libya: Embassy in London (NO-email) + Mauritania: Government (Mauritania@mauritaniaembassy.com – Embassy) + Morrocco: Royal (info@moroccanconsulate.com – Embassy) + Oman: F-Ministry (info@mofa.gov.om – FM) + Palestine + Qatar: HH Sheikha Mozah (webmaster@mofa.gov.qa – FM) + Saudi: Embassy in Washington (samirad@saudinf.com – CM) + Somalia (premiersom@wananchi.com – Government) + Sudan: Government (info@sudan.gov.sd – Government) + Syria (info@esyria.sy – Government; info@parliament.gov.sy – Parliament) + Tunisia: Government (FM) (R.zoghlami.domi@culture.tn – CM) + UAE: HH Sheikh Mohammed (PM) (info@hrhoffice.ae – HRH; media@uaeembassy-usa.org – Embassy) + Yemen: Parliament (ytpb@yementourism.com – CM)

0. Finally, Kingdom of Bahrain works and I got this e-address, contactcenter@ega.gov.bh . Ooops, tired! Thanks for sending me this link, Bahrain Gateway. ^.*
1. King of Jordan: Impossible to send webmail. It says I’m coming from an unauthorized domain.
2. Tunisia has neither Israel nor Palestine in the list.
3. I must say… why do Arab women look so attractive? I feel privileged whenever I contact Jordan: HM Queen Rania Al Abdullah and Qatar: HH Sheikha Mozah. (UAE: HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein doesn’t offer webmail… ^.*)
4. Whenever I contact UAE: HH Sheikh Mohammed (PM), I feel strong urge to click ‘Category: Poetry’. But Palestinian Casualties or Human Shields never belong to this part, alas. What should I do?
5. Please check these e-addresses, since they are the only way for the outsiders to contact the governmental institutions: Iraq (admin@cabinet.iq – Government; press@iraqmofa.net – FM) + Jordan (inquiry@mfa.gov.jo – FM) + Morocco (; webmaster@maroc.ma – Kingdom) + Somalia (premiersom@somali-gov.info – Government) + Tunisia (mae@ministeres.tn – FM; mcu@ministeres.tn – CM) + UAE (mofa@uae.gov.ae – FM; mcycd@moic.gov.ae – CM) + There are others too… but they mostly belong to individual e-addresses.

Dear members of the Arab League,

Please check
🙂 After Gaza Truce & Operation Cast Lead

I was supposed to contact YOU again… only after finishing my work in Answer from Mrs. Said and WEDO. What the hell… Since I daily update my report on OCL, I just hope everyone to share the same information when you attend Kuwait summit.

Have you finished reading all my reports about those Jewish Pigs, starting from Dear-Arab-Readers? It’s great to find that you Arab guys make a clear distinction between Hamas and Fatah supporters. Greater to find that both parties want to donate MONEY. As usual, whether they wear Kippah or not, I only follow money. IT ALWAYS WORKED!!! Please check Kippah-I & Kippah-II. So far, Fatah-sided Arabs give more money…

I read that MONEY of Emir of Qatar will directly go to Gaza. COOL! If I am allowed to write one more information, it would be terrific for Mustafa Barghouti to perform his humanitarian activity with this money in Gaza. He was in Gaza some ago and Hamas welcomed his Anti-Israeli-but-Peaceful work, which was respected by the entire Gazans. This is how UN’s Ban addressed his strong statement, Ban Ki-Moon, EU call on Israel to open Gaza’s border crossings (Nov 15, 2008.), and I was able to put it as Tactics 1 in ♥ NEW PART, Strategy & Tactics ♥ before OCL on Barenboim’s birthday and I still believe that this one should go with Tactics 2. As I wrote in my previous mail to EU, I would never accept this option if I were an Israeli citizen. Of course, if Hamas doesn’t welcome my suggestion, please ignore my plea.

Anyway, Hamas still didn’t answer me. (See… Hamas has been checking my daily report too, and I also wished them to receive a fair deal on Schalit issue.) I am the one who wants to die after finishing this dirty business, and therefore, I still feel absolutely no sorry for Palestinian suicide bombers. I wrote and wrote this, and wrote again about very specific reason why I want to let those ‘Children of a Lesser God’ realize that Targeted Killing is more valuable than Meaningless Suicide Bombing. My only problem is… why Hamas leaders don’t raise their own kids as suicide bombers?

This time again… I will use all the possible e-addresses to send this message to YOU. I want to check which e-addresses are permanently unavailable.

Sincerely yours,
JIWON

Dear Russian President Dmitry Medvedev,
Dear Cultural Minister of Russia and President of Musical Olympus Foundation,
JIWON:
The last country I want to contact has been Russia. I am just scared… perhaps because I have been living right below North Korea. Still, I never dare to make a direct contact to Russian XYZ… but when it’s impossible to find contact information of Foreign Ministry or Cultural Ministry, (What is it, RussianCulture.ru?), and only Kremlin is offering a simple webmail-site, no second thought is required. Hence, I decide to include Russian Federation in this Arab mailing. Could you please accept my informal writing?
It was quite recent days that I learned about the history of Russian Piano Schooling. Is there a hint of place for Dmitri Bashkirov? Anyway, I am now too busy… but will soon upgrade Answer from Mrs. Said and WEDO. I will let you know when I finish it. Thanks.

Dear 22 members of Arab League, (Except Djibouti and Comoros. Absolutely no information about these two countries…)
Dear Arab Cultural Minister, who is interested in introducing classical music into the cultural or educational program,

The mail sender is JIWON from Daniel Barenboim’s Israel and Palestine.
Please check again. This was a part of my mailing to Qatar:
1. http://barenboimlovesknesset.wordpress.com/2008/07/22/after-gaza-truce/ (After Gaza Truce: Collection of articles since the start of Gaza-Truce. My short message to Arab World also appears in this section.)
2. . https://theartofcriticism.wordpress.com/2008/08/11/eu/ (Dear European Countries: My mail to EU since Aug 13, 2008).
3. http://barenboimlovesknesset.wordpress.com/banana-republic/ (Collection of interesting articles in my Knesset-blog. This is where you can find whatever you want to find.)
4. http://barenboimlovesknesset.wordpress.com/ (Welcome to Jerusalem: Front-Page of my Knesset-blog)
5. Some are posted in my Music-blog, but you can also find it in Banana-Republic in my Knesset-blog. Though my present life seems to be completely occupied with Gaza-happenings and Israeli Election, my Barenboim-message originally started with MUSIC only. I hope this writing to contribute to your music society.

JIWON:
It was on Jan 3 that I contacted Dawlat Qatar with my informal writing and promised them to contact again with my something official. As you might know, the reason of my urgent message was Israel, Hamas and Operation Cast Lead. I am curious if 22 members of Arab league have been sharing the same information since my mailing.

Please check
🙂 Music in Middle East

JIWON:
I just gave up… due to the situation in Hamas-controlled Gaza. Usually, I want to contact each country after enough research on information about its classical music society. And I did in Qatar. It was a real surprise. I want to know more.

1. This has been a result of my previous research on Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria: JIWON: Dear Middle Eastern Music Society & Spanish Government (My previous mailing on Apr 3, 2008).
2. Emir of Qatar loves Maestro Barenboim or Classical Music or Opera or Wagner. He attended Barenboim’s La Scala 2007. So, I decide to make an honorary position for Emir of Qatar in my mailing to Italian Government. Please check Barenboim and La Scala, which is part of JIWON: Dear Italian Government, (Barenboim, La Scala, WEDO and Italian Wagner Festival) (Feb 12 – Dec 29, 2008). I am more curious if Emir Arab-intellectual likes my MUSIC writing since the FrontPage of my Music-blog, The Art of Criticism, was to celebrate his attendance of Barenboim’s La Scala 2007…
3. Which is the most poetic Arab country? Please check UAE: HH Sheikh Mohammed (PM). Wow, what a leader!
4. In Jordan and Qatar, HH Sheikha Mozah and HM Queen Rania Al Abdullah have been doing an active role to promote culture.
5. I promise. There will be more. As far as I know the history of symphonic music in Iraq goes back in time to the early 1940s, then what about others? (Basically, I wanted to write what an attractive First Lady I found in Syria… but I must say that this is an impossible writing at this moment.)

JIWON:
The more I collected information about the real situation of Mideastern Music Society, the more I could understand all the reasons; how Spanish/Berlin pigs were able to boast their huge success, no matter how its contents stink, how they were able to collect so many volunteers despite my official mailing to each government, and how the members’ trashy behaviors were getting louder and noisier despite my constant warning. This has not been a Syrian case only.

NPR Music: Classical Syrian Musicians Struggle to Find Work
7 Oct 2006 … There are only about 200 jobs in Syria’s top orchestras, and students often have to compete with their own professors for the same jobs. …

JIWON:
I wrote bla-bla-bla. What do you think about this?

1. Please check
🙂 JIWON: Dear Middle Eastern Music Society & Spanish Government (My previous mailing on Apr 3, 2008).
(…) What do you think when those Pigs were ‘training’ the youngsters in the Middle East? What do you think when the student becomes another pig and return to your country as a big mouth? I am suspecting if you’ve already suffered from those pigs’ trashy behaviors. Those pigs always sound oily in their basic music making. I’ve never heard this kind of musician join Furtwangler’s Utopia. (…) If you ever meet them, why don’t you toss them into where they learned their big mouths, Berlin or Spain or Chicago? Pigs should live in a pigpen.

2. Please check
🙂 JIWON: Dear Berlin Mayor / Israel / Palestine, FINALLY…
♥ PART 2, MENTALITY ♥
TIME to READ PROF. EDWARD SAID’s ORIENTALISM.
(…) I just felt funny when their standing ovation sounded as if they went to the zoo and enjoyed watching Mideastern monkey show.

3. Please check
🙂 JIWON: Dear Palestinians, (Concerning Barenboim’s Divan-Project, Sep 25 – Nov 17, 2008).
♥ TIME for NUMBERs, again ♥
BIRZEIT UNIVERSITY and THE EDWARD SAID NATIONAL CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC
(…) 2. Starting in June of 2005, they had a five-year plan. Please check how Palestinian pigs among Bashkirova’s WEDO members destroyed it. Of course, the widow of Prof. Edward Said knew nothing about it.

4. Please check
🙂 Answer from Mrs. Said and WEDO (From Nov 28, 2008 to Present. Still there are couple of new assignments added.)
Whenever Barenboim’s VPO sounds a hint of Divan-or-Pigs, this top-rate major orchestra suddenly sounds like a third-rate minor ensemble. (This writing belong to the new assignment… though.)

JIWON:
What do you think about this?

Please… I am not under hallucination. I know most of Arab countries are not quite interested in Classical Music Program. They have lived a happy, peaceful life without this western culture. So, please let me know ONLY when you want to start it or know more about it. I promise. I will do my best to assist your Cultural Project.

1. I am so sick of those Jewish Pigs, who joined Barenboim’s Divan-Project for purely political reason and have been destroying Barenboim’s everything. Still, they never know how to give up. Now, if I can be blessed with Arab sponsors, I never want to invite Jewish Pigs into Barenboim’s Divan-Project until I find the real one. While collecting basic information about Arab League, I realized that Arab-only ensemble is more important than mixed ensemble project. I still want to mix pure German sound and Arab youth ensemble for purely musical reason, though.

2. Corruption exists everywhere. My life-long experience proves that professional orchestra is where things can’t go without corruption. Please let me know if you want to clean all the garbage and sh*ts the Western Pigs left in your music society. I know Barenboim’s Divan is not the only one.

This time, I am sending this message to all the possible e-addresses I found. Next time, I will contact through this e-address only. (Please see P.S.) I need to update more information in my mailing to EU, concerning Jewish Settlement and Palestinian Right, and Answer from Mrs. Said and WEDO. I will contact EVERYBODY whenever I update something. I believe… Arab affairs should be solved by Arabs. For instance, Qatar declared ‘War-Crime’ after reading my report. Cool! If I have one more wish, I want to build the most beautiful gas chamber in Palestine and burn all those Jewish Pigs, who have been working for Dorit Beinisch.

Sincerely yours,
JIWON

P.S.:
Criterion: Ministry of Culture is my most favorite. If not, Foreign Ministry or I dare try Leader’s e-address. (Scary…)
Algeria (President@el-mouradia.dz or Webmail) + Bahrain (Webmail) + Comoros + Djibouti + Egypt (scc@idsc.net.eg)+ Iraq (press@iraqmofa.net or Webmail) + Jordan (inquiry@mfa.gov.jo or Webmail) + Kuwait (amirsoffice@da.gov.kw or Webmail) + Lebanon (ministry@foreign.gov.lb or Webmail) + Libya (Webmail) + Mauritania (Mauritania@mauritaniaembassy.com) + Morocco (webmaster@maroc.ma or Webmail) + Oman (info@mofa.gov.om or Webmail) + Palestine + Qatar (webmaster@mofa.gov.qa or Webmail) + Saudi Arabia (samirad@saudinf.com or Webmail) + Somalia (premiersom@somali-gov.info) + Sudan (info@sudan.gov.sd or Webmail) + Syria (info@esyria.sy) + Tunisia (mcu@ministeres.tn or Webmail) + UAE (mcycd@moic.gov.ae or Webmail) + Yemen (ytpb@yementourism.com or Webmail)

Need to change e-address of Iraq, Morocco, Somalia, Tunisia and UAE. They are returned…

Dear government of Dawlat Qatar,

The mail sender is JIWON from Daniel Barenboim’s ISRAEL / PALESTINE.
First of all, I must apologize for this informal writing. (I am now too tired, nor have time…) I don’t think I must remind you of Barenboim’s Divan concert in coming days.

Could you please ask your European counterparts or your Palestinian friend, the president of Birzeit university, about WHO I AM and WHY I AM HURRY to send this mail? Of course, you can directly ask Maestro Barenboim about this, but I doubt if this naïve musician feels my Barenboim-message as something urgent.

Somehow, webmaster@mofa.gov.qa was the only e-address I could find. Your website of Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage, http://www.nccah.com/mcah.htm, doesn’t work with my computer. I tried its Arab version, but it was a waste of time. I clicked all the sites of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but there was no Webmail site.

To cut the long story short,
Could you please visit my Knesset-blog and find collection of articles, which have been reporting happenings in Hamas-controlled Gaza area? All your European counterparts have been sharing the same information. I hope your Arab guys to understand what I mean. I know your Arab friends and UN is going to discuss about the REAL Gaza-Truce. I just hope your Arab decision to be able to help Barenboim’s poor Palestinian kids in the long term, in a real way.

Now, I have no time to review this writing. So, I will send my ‘very official’ message on Monday again. I don’t want to start my mailing to Arab World in this way. Thanks.

Sincerely yours,
JIWON
